Job Responsibilities:
- Drive compliance as per Telkom policies (10%) – Ensure absolute integrity – Apply and abide by governance policies and policies
- Manages people performance and development (10%) – Develop staff/ customers – Provide complex technical support- Transfer technical skills
- Drive Operational efficiencies (40%)
- Responsible for the integration and execution of business drivers and key business objectives (20%) – Compile policies and procedures, guidelines and specifications applicable to Networks and Services – Conduct special investigations – Develop technical operational plans – Customize/ operationalize solution/ service – Maintain systems
- Ensure service or network availability and performance – Manage projects – Improve network/ service and platform performance – Research Technology, Solutions and
- Services – Upgrade network services and platforms
- Manages the development of budgets, expenditure and performance reporting (10%) – Generate statistics – Provide reports – Supplier contract management – Service level agreement management
- Liaise with role players
- Manages internal & external customer relationships (10%) – Coordinate vendor/ contractor service – Maintain support contracts – Provide high level support

Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant vendor certification
- Year Electrical Engineering degree/ diploma (at least at NQF level 6) and/ or relevant vendor certification
- 5 years relevant Technical experience
